Please note:All prices are in EUR. USD and GBP prices are based on current spot exchange rates and are only shown in product and collection pages to facilitate the shopping process. Customers are still charged and invoiced in EUR.

When will you charge my account?

Credit Card: Your credit card account will be charged at the conclusion of the transaction. In case of questions, please contact us under the contact details mentioned in the Legal Notice.

Do I need a Freeletics account to place an order?

No, you can shop with us as a guest. However, we provide you with the option of creating an account or logging in with your existing Freeletics account when you place an order. Shopping with a Freeletics account allows you to enjoy exclusive benefits, like birthday discounts and special sale promotions.

Is it possible to use a different billing and delivery address?

Yes. However, please make sure that the billing address is the same as the one registered with the bank that issued your credit card.
